Michael McCloskey

Chairman

Michael McCloskey is currently the Chief Executive Officer at FrontRange Solutions. He has served in key upper management roles including CEO/Chairman Kana Communications, President and Director of Genesys Telecom, CFO and VP of Operations for Network Appliance, CFO and VP of Operations for Digital Microwave Corp., CFO for Wavefront Technologies, and Controller for Everex Systems Inc.

Michael has helped several technology firms launch initial public stock offerings, including Kana Communications, Genesys Telecom and Network Appliance. Genesys later was sold to Alcatel, a French telecommunications company, for $1.2 billion.

Brian Skiba

President, MaxID Corp US

Mr. Skiba serves as President of MaxID Corp US and oversees Product Development and Corporate Strategy. He served as Chairman of MaxID Corp for two years prior to taking his current operational position. Mr. Skiba is the founder and managing partner of Treadstone Advisors, a strategy consulting and advisory firm. Prior to his work at Treadstone Advisors, Mr. Skiba was a partner at Arma Partners LLP, a London-based, technology-focused M&A advisory firm where he was involved in over $1 billion of cross-border technology M&A transactions. Mr Skiba was a former ranked equity research analyst and equity strategist on Wall Street. At Deutsche Bank, Mr. Skiba was a Managing Director, the Global Technology Strategist, and a Senior Equity Research Analyst. At Lehman Brothers, Mr. Skiba was a Senior Equity Research analyst in both the United States and Europe. Mr. Skiba was also Senior Equity Research analyst at Cowen & Company. He oversaw over more than 40 capital market transactions and the raising of over $5 billion for software and technology firms during his Wall Street tenure.

Prior to his career on Wall Street, Mr. Skiba was founder, President and CEO of two software companies that were subsequently sold. He has developed over 17 commercial products. Mr. Skiba holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business and a BSBA degree from Boston University.

Stephen Grist

Chief Financial Officer

Stephen Grist, Chief Financial Officer. Stephen has over 16 years experience in a number of senior management roles in the technology industry. He was appointed as our Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer in July 2007, upon the formation of MaxID Corp. and the acquisition of MaxID's advanced R&D team. Stephen now oversees the company's financial and pricing activities as well as being responsible for management of the company's manufacturing and delivery capabilities. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Access Devices Digital Ltd., a digital TV set-top box company, the Chief Financial Officer of Viatel, a pan-European telecommunications company, and as Latin American Controller at Mincom, an Australian software and services company. Mr. Grist received his Chartered Accountancy qualification while he was employed by Coopers & Lybrand, Independent Certified Public Accountants and has a degree in Statistics from the University of St. Andrews.

Paul Miot

Vice President of Research and Development

Paul Miot serves as VP of Research and Development at MaxID Corp. Paul Miot qualified as a Chartered Accountant on finishing his articles at Deloitte’s in 2004. He then travelled to London and enrolled at the London Business School in 1995 to complete an MBA. He completed his MBA in 1997 and, after working in The City, returned to South Africa in 1996 to join Bain & Company, the strategic consultants.

After 2 years at Bain, Paul joined Real Africa Durolink (RAD) to help manage the Real Equity Trust, a private equity fund set up by RAD that later invested in MaxID. Paul eventually rose to CEO of the fund management company and then led a consortium of private investors to buy out 83% of the institutional investors in RET. On disposal of MaxID to the current shareholders July 2007), Paul took up the position of CEO of MaxID (SA) and invested in MaxID Corp. He currently also advises Bioventures, the only biotechnology VC fund in South Africa.
